摘要
随着城市化的快速发展,城市建设中建设了大量的排水管网和检查井。排水检查井是城镇建设与发展中不可缺少的内容,近几年由于排水管网检测的快速发展,检查井的缺陷,问题也暴露了出来。检查井的应用过程中受到建设维护等因素的影响而出现损坏现象,给排水系统的平稳运行造成了不良影响。针对检查井的渗漏,破裂等缺陷问题,通过改性聚脲原位喷涂技术,对井室内表面及井底形成加强隔离层,喷涂之后可以增强井室的结构性能,同时隔离地下水与管道内部水交换,达到修复检查井的目的。
With the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of pipeline and manhole have been built in urban construction.Manhole is an important part of sewage pipe system,if the structure and the operation good or bad have direct influence on urban environment,urban image,road condition,urban flood control.In recent years,the manhole exposed the problem is more and more obvious,and the number is large.What caused the accident has led directly to the urban residents in losing of life and property,also caused a significant negative impact on society.In order to manhole trenchless rehabilitation,through the modified polyurea spraying technology,a reinforced isolation layer is formed on the inner surface and bottom of the manhole.After spraying,the structural performance of the manhole can be enhanced,and the groundwater and the internal water of the pipeline can be isolated.
