摘要
非开挖施工形成的管道一般埋深很大,为常用管线仪的探测盲区,使得这类管线定位难度极大。PCM+防腐检测仪因发射功率大、方便移动,能够连续追踪测量,用来锁定管道大致分布区域,但是防腐检测仪作为一种基于电磁法原理的设备,探测深度误差较大;磁梯度探测技术利用高精度磁力仪捕捉金属管线所感应的地磁场,通过孔中探测从而对深埋金属管线精确定位。本文采用PCM+防腐检测仪来锁定深埋金属管线的平面位置,结合磁梯度技术在异常区进行磁梯度探测,最终得到深埋管线的精确位置及埋深。
Pipes formed by non-excavation construction are generally buried deep,which is a blind spot for common pipeline instruments,making such pipelines difficult to locate.PCM+Anticorrosion tester can track and measure continuously because of its high transmitting power and easy movement,which is used to lock the roughly distributed area of pipeline.However,as an equipment based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,the Anticorrosion tester has a large detection depth error.Magnetic gradient detection technology uses high-precision magnetometer to capture the geomagnetic field induced by the metal pipeline,and locates the deep-buried metal pipeline accurately through the borehole detection.In this paper,the PCM+Anticorrosion tester is used to lock the plane position of the deep buried metal pipeline,and the magnetic gradient technique is used to detect the magnetic gradient in the abnormal region,and finally the precise position and depth of the deep bur ied pipeline are obtained.
