摘要
本文通过对地下管线安全事故原因分析,从分清职责、理清思路、统筹协调等角度破解管线管理难题。将我所十五年来对地下管线安全管理经验分享给同仁,如有不足,请斧正。
By analyzing the causes of underground pipeline safety accidents,this paper tries to solve the difficult problems of pipeline management from the perspectives of clarifying responsibilities,clarifying ideas and coordinating as a whole.I will share my fifteen years experience in underground pipeline safety management with my colleagues.If there are any shortcomings,please correct them.
