摘要
透法是指运用轻巧灵动辛散之品宣畅气机、透邪外出的一种治法,有着丰富的理论内涵和临床价值。肺癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,中医药治疗逐渐被人们认可,通过总结古今医家认识、分析病因病机,笔者认为邪留不去、肺气失宣是肺癌发病的关键,透法当贯穿肺癌治疗始终。
Dissipating method is a kind of treatment method,which is characterized by the use of light flexible aromatic herbs to disperse qi and to expel evil,and has rich theoretical connotation and clinical value.Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor in the clinic.Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment is gradually recognized by people.By summarizing the ancient and modern doctors'understanding and analyzing the pathogenesis and pathogenesis,the author believes that the retention of pathogenic factors and the disorder of lung qi movement is the key to the onset of lung cancer,and the dissipating method should be throughout the treatment of lung cancer.
