摘要
目的:探讨针刺配合中药颗粒剂治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:采用数字随机分组法,将60例乳腺增生患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组给予针刺配合中药颗粒剂治疗,对照组仅给予中药颗粒剂口服治疗。比较疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),明显优于对照组的60.00%(18/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合中药颗粒剂治疗乳腺增生症效果显著,为临床提供新方法、新思路,副作用较少,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine granules in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods:60 patients with breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine granules,while the control group was only treated with oral Chinese medicine granules.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30)significantly better than that of the control group 60.00%(18/30),the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine granules has a remarkable effect in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.It provides a new method and a new idea for clinical practice,and the side effects of this treatment method are less,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
