摘要
轨道车辆在运营过程中,多次发生差动电流故障,主要原因是由于开口式电流互感器铁心锈蚀引起的检测误差所致。通过理论仿真与试验,分析开口式电流互感器铁心锈蚀导致的电流互感器特性变化。针对锈蚀对电流互感器的影响,通过对开气隙电流互感器的各种理论特性进行分析,建立了物理和数学模型,并利用MATAB软件完成了仿真,通过对完好的开气隙铁心电流互感器与锈蚀的开气隙铁心电流互感器进行对比试验,发现电流互感器的铁心锈蚀会导致输出的电感电动势大幅度降低,只有正常值的二分之一。研究得出,机车电流互感器铁心锈蚀会导致二次侧输出的电感电压降低,并直接导致二次侧感应电流降低,进而导致动车组牵引变压器实时监测系统无法正常工作。
The main reason of multiple differential current fault occurred many times when railway vehicles are in operation,is the detection error caused by iron core corrosion of open-gap current transformer, the main purpose of this study, is to analyze the characteristic changes of open-gap current transformer caused by core corrosion through theoretical simulation and experiment. Aiming at the effect of corrosion on current transformer, through the analysis of various characteristics of open type current transformer, we set up physical and mathematical models, and the simulation is completed by MATLAB software. Through the comparison test between the intact open-gap core current transformer and the corroded open-gap core current transformer, it is concluded that the corrosion of the core of the current transformer will lead to a significant reduction in the output inductance electromotive force of the current transformer. Compared with the normal inductance electromotive force of the current transformer, the output inductance electromotive force of the corroded current transformer is much lower than that of the normal current transformer, the pressure is only half the normal value. It is concluded that the corrosion of the core of locomotive current transformer will lead to the reduction of inductance voltage on the secondary side and the reduction of inductance current on the secondary side, which will lead to the failure of the real-time monitoring system for traction transformer of EMU.
