摘要
针对军用VPX机箱结构的特点,提出了满足VITA46.11标准和符合IPMI协议的自适应风冷散热设计。所设计的管理软件采用层次的化管理架构,使得监测和管理功能的协同性更好。板级管理控制器和机箱管理控制器形成了独立于服务系统的管理子系统,使得管理设计具有更高的可靠性和跨平台优势。利用机箱管理器可以监控整个系统的优势,在风机控制程序设计上兼顾了机箱内部结构和环境温度对换热效率的影响,明显改善了机箱内的温度环境,减少了由硬件过温引起的系统故障。
In view of the characteristics of the military VPX chassis structure,this paper proposes an adaptive air-cooled heat dissipation design that meets the VITA46.11 standard and IPMI protocol.The management software adopts a hierarchical management structure to make the monitoring and management functions more synergistic.The board-level management controller and the chassis management controller form a management subsystem independent of the service system,which makes the management design more reliable and cross-platform.Take advantage of the shelf management CPU which can monitor the entire system.The fan control program is designed to take into account the internal structure of the chassis and the influence of ambient temperature on heat exchange efficiency,which significantly improves the temperature environment inside the chassis and reduces system failure caused by hardware overheating.
