粉末高温合金盘件超声波底损监控问题探讨 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究粉末高温合金盘件,在水浸超声波检测过程中监控一次底波或多次底波对缺陷处底损检测结果的影响,选择带有平底孔的粉末高温合金对比试块进行试验研究,并对监控一次底波或多次底波得到的C扫描检测结果进行了对比。试验表明:监控一次底波或多次底波均能有效检测出材料中底损异常的区域,采用一次底波和多次底波监控底损的方法得到缺陷处底波损失最大值相同,但通过二次或多次底波监控底损放大了缺陷区域面积,因此,采用二次或多次底波监控底损的方法不容易发生漏检。当粉末高温合金盘件被检部位厚度较薄时,可通过二次底波监控底损。 In order to study the effect of monitoring the primary bottom echo or multiple bottom echo on the detection results of bottom loss of powder superalloy disc during ultrasonic testing was studied,a comparative test block of powder superalloy reference block with flat bottom holes was selected to conduct experimental research,and the C-scan detection results obtained by monitoring the primary or multiple bottom waves were compared. The results showed that the abnormal attenuation region of the bottom wave could be detected effectively by monitoring the primary or multiple bottom echo. The maximum value of the bottom loss was the same by monitoring the bottom loss through the primary bottom echo or multiple bottom echo,but the area of defect area was enlarged by secondary or multiple bottom waves monitoring. Therefore,it was not easy to miss detection by using the method of monitoring the bottom loss by the secondary or multiple bottom echo. When the thickness of powder superalloy dis was relatively thin,the bottom loss could be monitored by the secondary bottom wave.
