残余应力高速钻孔法在厚壁管线钢管上的应用 被引量:5

Application of the high speed drilling method of residual stress on thick wall pipeline steel pipe

摘要 采用标准GB/T 31310-2014的高速钻孔方法(方法A)对大壁厚、小径厚比、高强、高韧性的JCOE直缝埋弧焊管进行了残余应力测试。介绍了高速钻方法的操作步骤及注意事项。测试试样包括钢板试样、J成型试样、扩径前钢管试样及扩径后钢管试样。采用该方法对厚壁管线钢管实施深度达到1.4 mm的残余应力测量,了解沿表层深度的残余应力分布情况。测试结果表明:经机械扩径后的钢管试样残余应力值控制较好,数值较低,这有利于钢管的在役运行。 The high-speed drilling method(method A)of the standard GB/T 31310-2014 was used to determine the residual stress of JCOE SAWL welded pipe with large wall thickness,small diameter-thickness ratio,high strength and high toughness. The operation steps and precautions of the high-speed drilling method were introduced. The tested samples included steel plate sample,J-deformation sample,steel pipe sample before and after expansion. This method had been used to measure the residual stress of the thick wall pipeline with a depth of 1.4 mm to understand the distribution of residual stress along the surface depth. The test results showed that the residual stress state of steel pipe specimen after the mechanical expansion was well controlled,and the value was low,which was beneficial to the in-service stable operation of steel pipeline.
