摘要
广西革命老区文化资源深厚,在高质量脱贫中要立足资源禀赋和产业基础,做好特色文章。本文重点阐述了开发利用文化资源在广西老区高质量脱贫中的作用:一是开发利用文化资源振奋民族精神作用,为老区高质量脱贫筑牢思想基础;二是开发利用文化资源促进产业发展,为老区高质量脱贫注入强劲动力;三是开发利用文化资源融入"一带一路"建设,为老区高质量脱贫拓展新空间。
Guangxi’s revolutionary areas has profound cultural resources.In order to get rid of poverty with high quality,we should base on the resource endowment and industrial foundation and do well in the characteristic articles.This article focuses on the role of the development and utilization of cultural resources in the high-quality poverty alleviation in those regions:first,developing and utilizing cultural resources to uplift the role of national spirit,laying a solid foundation for the high-quality of poverty alleviation;second,developing and utilizing cultural resources to promote industrial development,and injecting strong impetus to the task;third,developing and utilizing cultural resources to integrate into the"one belt and one road"construction,expanding new space for high-quality poverty alleviation in those areas.
