摘要
民族文化发展与民族区域自治制度具有双向互动的内在机理。民族区域自治制度的建立健全为民族文化发展提供了制度保障,民族文化发展则为进一步完善民族区域自治制度提供更为坚实的文化支撑。新时代条件下推动二者在更高层次上实现良性互动,对于促进民族地区与全国同步迈向全面建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程,具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。要把好促进二者"双向互动"的基本方向,从强化民族自治机关文化发展的责任担当,深化文化体制改革、加强民族地区文化基础设施建设、创新民族文化发展模式、营造民族文化发展环境等方面,促进民族传统文化的现代化转型发展。
The internal mechanism of the development of national culture and the system of regional ethnic autonomy has two-way interaction.The establishment of a system of regional ethnic autonomy has laid a system guarantee for the development of national culture,and the development of national culture provides a more solid cultural support for further improving the system of regional ethnic autonomy.Promoting the benign interaction between the two at a higher level under the new era has important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for promoting the new journey of the national region and the country to the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernization power.We must improve the basic direction of the interaction between the two,in terms of strengthening the responsibility of cultural development of the ethnic autonomous organs,deepening the reform of the cultural system,strengthening the cultural infrastructure construction in ethnic areas,innovating the development model of national culture,and creating a national cultural development environment in order to promot the modernization and transformation of the traditional ethnic culture.
