摘要
从外在的环境紧迫和内在技术进步、经验积累的角度分析了我国运载火箭研制从串行演进到并行的必要性和合理性。梳理了我国航天并行工程的特点,以新一代运载火箭为案例,从组织模式、协同环境、研发流程和数字化技术升级四个方面分析了运用并行协同模式进行设计到制造全流程的应用实践,探讨了取得的经验与不足之处。
This paper analyses the necessity and rationality of the development of Chinese launch vehicle from serial to parallel from the perspective of external environment urgency,internal technological progress and experience accumulation.We have sorted out the characteristics of concurrent Aerospace Engineering in China,and take the new generation launch vehicle as an example,analyzed the application practice of concurrent collaborative mode in the whole process of design and manufacturing,and discussed the experience and shortcomings from the four aspects of organization mode,collaborative environment,R&D process and digital technology upgrading.
