摘要
生产计划的制定具有不确定性,且包含的生产阶段越多周期越长,不确定性会随之增加,决策者制定生产计划就更难。通过构建灰参数线性规划模型,利用其可包含多个一般线性规划问题的特性,将生产活动的全过程分成多个连续的生产阶段连接起来,为每个生产阶段制定相应的生产计划并逐一改进,进而优化整个生产计划。通过对某多品种多阶段制造企业生产计划的不确定参数分析,利用线性规划与区间灰数优化结合的方法求解,并与传统的生产计划优化方法进行比较,验证了依据生产单元制定的不同阶段生产计划的有效性。
There are many uncertainties when making a production plan.The more production stages and the longer each period,the more uncertain it is,making it more difficult for decision makers to make production plans.By constructing the gray parameter linear programming model and using the characteristics of multiple general linear programming problems,the whole process of production activities was divided into multiple successive production stages,and production plans for each production stage were made and improved one by one to optimize the entire production plan.Through the analysis of the uncertain parameters of the production plan of a multi-variety multi-stage manufacturing enterprise,the method of linear programming and interval gray number optimization was used to solve the problem,and compared with the traditional production planning optimization method to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
