摘要异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)是重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)的重要治疗方法[1]。感染是SAA患者的常见并发症[2],如何确定这类患者的移植时机以及移植前抗感染方案的选择是困扰临床医生的问题。在本研究中,我们回顾性分析36例接受allo-HSCT合并感染SAA患者的临床资料。
