摘要 共享决策是指在循证医学证据和医生经验基础上基于患者偏好实现医患共同参与临床决策[1],其中共享治疗决策是关键环节,也是患者直接参与的环节[2]。医疗技术的发展,给患者提供多样化的治疗方案,但是患者信息获取不足加之医患沟通欠缺导致患者缺乏对治疗方案的了解,在治疗决策过程中往往伴随着痛苦、恐惧、不确定[3],为医患纠纷埋下隐患。
