摘要
目的了解肝移植受者心理一致感与疾病认知现状,并探讨二者间的关系。方法2017年4-6月,方便抽样法选取北京市某三级甲等医院肝移植随访中心选取就诊的肝移植受者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、心理一致感量表、简易疾病认知问卷对其进行调查。结果肝移植受者心理一致感总分为(67.65±12.45)分,3个维度均分由高到低依次是:可理解感、可控制感和意义感。心理一致感与疾病认知之间具有相关性(r=-0.398,P<0.001)。结论肝移植受者心理一致感与疾病认知具有显著的相关性,对疾病认知情况越好的患者,其心理一致感越强。
Objective To study the current situation of sense of coherence and illness perception among liver transplant recipients,and to explore the relationship between them.Methods From April to June 2017,the convenience sampling method was used to select liver transplantation recipients from the follow-up center of a hospital in Beijing.General data questionnaire,psychological coherence scale and simple disease cognition questionnaire were used to investigate them.Results The total score of psychological coherence in liver transplant recipients was 67.65±12.45.The average score of three dimensions was from high to low was:comprehensibility,manageability and meaningfulness.There was a correlation between sense of coherence and illness perception(r=-0.398,P<0.001).Conclusions The sense of coherence and illness perception in liver transplant recipients has a significant correlation.The better illness perception among patients,the stronger their sense of coherence will be.
