摘要
目的关注遗体捐献者家属丧亲后的哀伤反应,为提供有针对性哀伤辅导提供参考。方法2018年8-12月,目的性抽样选取杭州市12例遗体捐献者家属为研究对象。采用质性研究方法,分析、整理资料并提炼主题。结果遗体捐献者家属丧亲后哀伤除生理反应外,主要表现为情绪情感反应、认知反应、行为反应、系统支持反应。结论与一般丧亲反应相比,遗体捐献者家属丧亲后的哀伤反应呈现复杂性和特异性。因此,应关注遗体捐赠者家属心理感受,理解共情其哀伤复杂性和特异性,建构现代化生死观,提供多元化、多维度系统支持,提供专业的哀伤辅导,推动捐赠事业的发展。
Objective To investigate the sad reaction of the bereaved relatives of the body donors,and so as to provide a reference for providing targeted grief counseling.Methods From August to December 2018,the purposive sampling method was used to select 12 families of donors from Hangzhou as the research object.The qualitative research method was used to analyze,organize and refine the theme.Results In addition to physiological reactions,the grief of the bereaved family members was mainly characterized by emotional,cognitive,behavioral and systemic support reactions.Conclusions Compared with the general bereavement,the grief reaction of the family members of the remains donors is complex and specific.Therefore,the staff should pay attention to the psychological feelings of the family members of the remains,understand the complexities and specificities of empathy,construct a modern concept of life and death,provide diversified and multi-dimensional system support,provide professional grief counseling,in order to promote the development of donation.
