摘要
介绍了一种电磁式三段保护直流断路器,包括塑壳式直流断路器和微型直流断路器,对断路器的技术参数、功能特点、特性曲线及实现机理进行了详细的描述。该断路器采用电磁式三段保护原理,突破了传统三段保护采用电子电路的局限性,实现了全程反时限延时保护特性,易于实现上、下级的选择性保护配合,提高了过电流保护和短路短延时的可靠性。经测试,可满足电力系统直流电源选择性保护的要求,测试结果可用于直流电源系统的断路器选型配置。
A kind of electromagnetic three-stage protection DC circuit-breaker was introduced,which includes moulded case DC circuit-breaker and miniature DC circuit-breaker,and the technical parameters,function feature and working mechanism were described.Electromagnetic three-stage protection principle is adopted by the circuit-breaker,which breaks the limitation of conventional electronic three-stage protection.The circuit-breaker achieves full inverse time delay protection and improves the reliability of over-current protection and short circuit protection,which is easy to meet the requirements of stage difference coordination.Through the testing,the circuit-breaker could meet the discriminative protection requirements of power DC system.
