摘要
熔断器作为电动汽车动力电源的主要保护元件,起到隔离和切除车内高压电路短路故障的关键作用。针对高压直流和车规标准交叉的独特应用环境,综述了有关发展现状,重点讨论了提高直流分断能力、改善过载熔断性能以及不规则载荷和冲击电流等研究热点问题,并针对车载高压直流熔断器应用存在的问题提出了发展方向。
As the main protective component of the power supply of electric vehicle(EV),the fuse plays a key role in isolating and removing the short-circuit fault of the high-voltage circuit inside the vehicle.In view of the unique application environment of HVDC and vehicle standard crossing,this paper summaries the relevant development status.The current research hotspots are emphatically discussed,such as improving DC breaking capacity,improving overload fusing performance,and dealing with irregular load and impulse current.The application,existing problem and development prospects of EV high-voltage DC fuse are introduced.
