摘要
我们针对解决涡轮增压器NVH问题中引起的发动机压力波动问题,进行理论分析,重点分析涡轮增压器执行器拉杆处增加波簧对执行器标定引起的变化,对不同状态涡轮增压器完成执行器标定测试,分析存在引起的变化原因,为解决发动机性能波动及涡轮增压器NVH问题提供借鉴参考。
In order to solve the problem of engine pressure fluctuation caused by turbocharger NVH,this paper makes a theoretical analysis,focusing on the analysis of the changes caused by adding wave spring to the actuator rod of turbocharger,completes the actuator calibration test for turbocharger in different states,and analyses the causes of the changes,so as to solve the problem of engine performance fluctuation and turbocharger NVH to provide reference for the title.
