摘要
工会组织是党和政府联系群众与职工的桥梁纽带,对于全面落实“全面二孩”政策具有十分重要的意义。为此,笔者旨在通过分析广州市某高校附属医院在“全面二孩”政策实施后女职工的生育情况,总结医院女职工响应政策时面临的实际问题,探讨新形势下三级医院工会组织应如何构建院内和谐生育微环境,以期更好地响应国家“全面二孩”政策。
Trade union organization is the bridge between the party and the government to connect the masses with the employees.It is of great significance for the full implementation of the“two-child”policy.To this end,the author aims to analyze the fertility situation of female employees after the implementation of the“Comprehensive Two-Child”policy in a hospital affiliated to a hospital in Guangzhou,summarizing the practical problems faced by female hospital staff in response to policies,and exploring the trade union organization of tertiary hospitals under the new situation how to build a harmonious micro-environment in the hospital to better respond to the national“two-child”policy.
