物理诊断学中头颈脊柱四肢神经系统的教学体会

摘要 目的分析学生在头颈脊柱四肢神经系统的体格检查考核中的主要失分项,提出该部分体格检查教学的改进意见。方法选择2018—2019年第1学期在我校临床技能中心完成物理诊断学体格检查学习并参加头颈脊柱四肢神经系统板块考核的182名学生,分析该部分学生考核的主要失分项,评估教学效果,提出改进意见。结果神经系统、甲状腺和头颈部淋巴结的检查是学生考核时的主要失分项目。失分原因主要与学生不清楚器官解剖位置,不理解神经系统体征产生的生理病理机制有关。结论加强医学基础理论学习及培养学生“学会学习”的能力可能有助于提升物理诊断学教学效果。 Objective Analysing the main missing items in the physical examination of head,neck,spine,limbs and the nervous system,and putting forward suggestions for improving the physical examination teaching.Methods A total of 182 medical students in the first semester of 2018-2019,who have completed the physical examination training and evaluation of physical examination including head,neck,spine,limbs and the nervous system at the University Clinical Skill Centre,had been chosen to this study.Medical students were analysed for the main area where the most marks were lost within this assessment,with pedagogical effects evaluated and improvement suggestions proposed.Results The physical examination of the nervous system,thyroid,head and neck lymph nodes were the main area where students lost the most marks in this assessment.This loss is mainly related to their unclear understanding of the organ’s location and the pathophysiology mechanism of the nervous system reflex in their previous studies.Conclusion Reinforcement learning basic theory of medicine and training capability of“learn to learn”may help increase teaching effect of physical diagnostics.
