摘要
增稠剂和炭黑是构建稳定黑色中性墨水配方的关键原材料。本文对比研究了不同增稠剂对所制备中性墨水增稠效果和光泽度的影响,结果表明AT-805的综合性能最佳;对比AT-805增稠剂制备的墨水与进口墨水理化指标,前者的黏度随放置时间的延长变化较小,其触变性略大于进口墨水。本文还对比了50L、MA-100、MA-120、250R等炭黑对墨水黏度、pH值、光泽度和Zeta电位的影响,结果表明50L炭黑所制墨水的粒径最小、分布最窄,且Zeta负电位最大,稳定性最佳。所制备墨水应用于中性笔,书写性能与进口墨水接近。
Thickener and carbon black are the key materials for the Gel-ink formula.In this paper,different thickeners on the thickening effect and glossiness were studied in Gel-ink.AT-805,a thickener performed the best result.Compared with the imported ink,the lab-made ink with AT-805 showed the stable viscosity for a longer time.In addition,its thixotropy slightly greater than imported ink.Furthermore,we investigated the relationship of carbon black 50L,MA-100,MA-120 and 250R to the ink viscosity,pH value,glossiness and Zeta potential.The results indicated that the ink made from 50L had the smallest particle size,the narrowest distribution,the largest zeta negative potential and the best stability in all the samples.The writing performance of the prepared ink is close to that of imported gel pen.
