摘要
在人工智能的推波助澜下,教育领域正不可避免地进行着一场巨大变革。作为传统教育活动中的主角之一,教师必然面临着不同方面、不同程度的职业危机。尽管部分教师确有被淘汰、取代的可能,但教育的本质决定了教师这一职业的不可替代性。而要成为人工智能时代不被替代的教师,必须注重自身多种能力的培养,力求化危为机,尽快转变角色和职能。
With the help of artificial intelligence,the field of education is inevitably undergoing a great change.As one of the leading role in traditional education activities,teachers are faced with career crisis in different aspects and degrees.Although there is possibility that some teachers may be eliminated or replaced,the essence of education determines teachers’irreplaceability.In order to be the teachers who cannot be replaced in the era of artificial intelligence,teachers should pay attention to their cultivation of various abilities,strive to convert crisis into opportunity and change their roles and functions as soon as possible.
