摘要
教育是国之大计、党之大计。《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》出台,是我国新时期高职教育发展的创新战略,回答了高等职业教育"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"这一核心问题。实施"双高计划"项目,坚持党的领导是前提,服务国家战略是导向,落实立德树人是根本,构建高水平的双师队伍是基础,产教深度融合是关键。天津职业大学抢抓机遇,深化改革,支持国家战略,融入区域发展,服务产业升级,在人才培养、社会服务、国际交流等方面将进一步发挥重要作用和重大影响,实现对高质量发展的价值追求。
Education is the grand plan of the country and the party.The"Opinions on the Implementation of a Plan for the Construction of High-level Vocational Schools and Specialties with Chinese Characteristics"is an innovative strategy for the development of higher vocational education in China in the new era.It answers the core issue of higher vocational education"what,how,and for whom to train the talents".To implement the"Double High Plan"project,adhering to the party’s leadership is a prerequisite,serving the country’s strategy is a guide,and strengthening moral education and cultivating people is the foundation.The construction of a high-level double-teacher team is the base,and the deep integration of production and education is the key.Tianjin Vocational Institute seizes opportunities,deepens reforms,supports national strategies,integrates into regional development,and serves industrial upgrading.It will further play an important role and influence on talents training,social services,international exchanges,etc.,and realize the value pursuit of high-quality development.
