信息化敏捷项目管理转型方案和应用研究 被引量:5

Research on Informatization Agile Project Management Transition Scheme and Application

摘要 敏捷项目管理是一种迭代和增量的方法,目标是用最短的时间交付最大的业务价值,通过快速、灵活、互动的方式来管理信息化项目。敏捷项目管理方法已逐渐成为企业信息化建设的主流发展趋势,但由于各企业信息化建设情况和发展阶段不同,敏捷项目管理实践呈现出定制化的特点。本文在引入敏捷项目管理理念的同时,通过与传统瀑布模式对比分析,阐述了适合敏捷项目管理实践的项目范围,制定了基于Scrum(一种迭代式增量软件开发过程)框架的“三步走”的企业敏捷转型方案。通过试点项目应用,提出影响转型成功的主要因素和建议。 Agile project management is an iterative and incremental approach.The goal is to deliver the maximum business value in the shortest time and manage information technology projects fast,flexibly and interactively.Agile project management method has gradually become the mainstream development trend of enterprise information technology construction.However,due to the different information technology construction situation and development stages of each enterprise,the practice of agile project management presents the characteristics of customization.While introducing the concept of agile project management,this paper expounded the scope of projects suitable for the practice of agile project management by comparing and analyzing with traditional waterfall model,and formulates a"three-step"enterprise agile transformation scheme based on scrum methodology framework.Through the application of pilot projects,the main factors and suggestions affecting the success of transformation were put forward.
