摘要
近年来,科技与金融融合的趋势不断加强,金融投入促进科技创新的力度不断加大。通过运用主成分分析方法,选取四川省2001-2015年金融投入与科技产出的相关指标,对科技金融发展水平进行评价,并运用灰色关联分析方法,探讨四川省科技金融发展水平与区域经济增长的相关度。结果表明:四川省科技金融发展呈现先稳步再加速的态势,但科技金融对经济增长的推动作用仍然低于资本形成和资源消耗等要素。据此提出了四川省科技金融发展促进经济增长的对策和建议。
In recent years,the integration of science and technology and finance has been continuously strengthened,as a result,increasing amount of financial investment has been put into the promotion of scientific and technological innovation.By using the Principal Component Analysis(PCA),this paper selects relevant indicators of financial input and scientific and technological output of Sichuan Province from 2001 to 2015 in order to evaluate the developmental state of scientific and technological finance.Besides,it makes use of Grey Relational Analysis(GRA)in exploring the relevance between the development of scientific and technological finance and the regional economic growth in Sichuan.The results indicate that the development of scientific and technological finance in Sichuan presents a state of transition from steady growth to accelerated growth,but the catalytic effect of scientific and technological finance on economic growth is still lower than the factors such as capital formation and resource consumption.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of scientific and technological finance in Sichuan in order to promote its economic growth.
