摘要
基于浙江省1993~2017年的经济数据,构建SVAR模型对浙江省环境规制、科技创新与经济增长之间互动关系进行实证研究.结果表明,三者间存在长期均衡的协整关系,虽然环境规制使科技创新呈正负向交替波动,但长期显现正向效应;随着环境规制强度加大,对经济增长的积极效应愈发明显;同时科技创新对经济增长具有长期促进作用.通过方差分解发现,环境规制、科技创新与经济增长始终受自身冲击影响最强,说明其发展主要源于自身驱动效应.
Based on the economic data of zhejiang province from 1993 to 2017,constructing SVAR model to study the interaction mechanism between environmental regulation,scientific and technological innovation and economic growth in zhejiang province.The results show that there is a long-term balanced co-integration relationship among the three,Environmental regulation prompt science and technology innovation fluctuate in positive or negative,but it show positive influence in the long term;With the increase of environmental regulation intensity,the positive effect on economic growth is more obvious;meanwhile,the scientific and technological innovation show a positive effect on economic growth for a long time.The variance decomposition show that environmental regulation,technological innovation and economic growth are always the most affected by their own shocks,which indicates that their development mainly comes from self-driven effect.
