摘要
针对环型布料机在火力发电输煤配煤时出现的带式输送机胶带跑偏问题,分析了胶带跑偏的主要原因,提出了处理对策。对采用处理对策的环型布料机进行效果验证,确认效果良好,提高了工作效率,并减少了工人的维修工作。
Aiming at the off-tracking failure of the belt conveyer when the ring-type material spreader was used in coal transportation and coal blending for thermal power generation,the principal causes of the belt off-tracking were analyzed while putting forward the countermeasures.The effect of the ring-type material spreader using the countermeasure was verified,and the performance was satisfied.Work efficiency was increased and maintenance job for workers was reduced.
