摘要
针对IK-525型吹灰器中吹灰枪管断裂失效故障,通过化学成分分析、腐蚀产物分析、流场分析等步骤对吹灰枪管断裂失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,吹灰枪管发生局部减薄,在轴向外力的作用下,导致吹灰枪管断裂。发生局部减薄的原因为对应区域蒸汽的流场分布具有高流速与大压力,并存在流向管壁的横向流,进而产生冲刷腐蚀。
Aiming at the fracture failure of the sootblowing barrel in the IK -525 soot blower, the causes of fracture failure of the sootblowing barrel were reviewed by chemical composition analysis, corrosion product analysis and flow field analysis. The results show that, partial thinning of the sootblowing barrel causes the sootblowing barrel to break under the action of external force in axial direction. The reason for the local thinning is that the steam flow field distribution of the corresponding region has a high flow velocity and a large pressure, and there is a transverse flow to the pipe wall, thereby generating outwash corrosion.
