摘要
提出了数控车床内外轮廓加工中半径补偿功能的使用原则,介绍了刀尖半径补偿在数控加工编程中的处理方法。通过三个生产案例,分析了刀尖方位号参数指令选用问题、外轮廓自左向右切削进给的半径补偿问题和外轮廓自右向左切削进给的半径补偿问题。在数控车削加工中正确应用半径补偿,可以有效提高零件的加工精度。
The principle of using the radius compensation function in the inner and outer contouring of CNC lathe was put forward, and the processing method of tool nose radius compensation in programming for CNC machining was introduced. Through three production cases, the parameter command selection of the tool nose orientation number, the radius compensation of the outer contouring from left to right, and the radius compensation of the outer contouring from right to left were analyzed. Correct application of radius compensation in CNC turning can effectively improve the machining accuracy of parts.
