摘要
介绍了影响地铁区间人防门安全的主要因素,对螺旋千斤顶限位器进行了设计,对限位器支座进行了力学性能分析和焊接强度校核,并对限位器顶杆进行了力学性能分析。与此同时,对地铁区间人防门的安全拉杆进行了力学性能分析。通过分析确认,地铁区间人防门的螺旋千斤顶限位器和安全拉杆均满足使用要求。
The main factors affecting the safety of the protective door in the metro space were introduced. The screw jack retainer was designed. The mechanical properties of the retainer seat were analyzed, the welding strength of the retainer seat was checked, and the mechanical properties of the retainer ejector were analyzed. At the same time, the mechanical properties of the security lever of the protective door in metro space were analyzed. Through analysis it is confirmed that the retainer of screw jack and the security lever of the protective door in metro space can satisfy the operating requirements.
