摘要
针对液化天然气储罐在充注过程中出现的分层现象,以8x10^m3液化天然气储罐为研究对象,考虑液化天然气多组分、变物性、传热及温差等因素,建立两相流传热计算模型,模拟液化天然气储罐在充注过程中的流体分层变化规律,并与实测结果进行对比。分析结果表明,充注结束后,液化天然气罐内发生了明显分层,模拟结果与现场实测数据较为吻合,确认所进行的数值模拟分析方法对于工程实际应用具有参考价值。
In view of the stratification in the filling process of the LNG storage tank, 8 x l0 4 nr of LNG storage tanks were taken as research objects to establish two phase flow heat-transfer calculation model to simulate the regular pattern of fluid stratification variation during the filling process of the LNG storage tank and compare it with the measured results while considering LNG factors such as multicomponent, variable properties, heat transfer and temperature difference. The analysis results show that upon completion of the filling, the LNG tank has obvious stratification, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the field measured data. It is confirmed that the numerical simulation analysis method has reference value for practical application in engineering.
