压电泵的驱动电路设计与特性研究

摘要 介绍了压电泵的分类与工作原理。根据压电泵的工作原理,设计了两种不同类型的驱动电路,并对驱动电路进行了改进,以减少能量损耗。基于驱动电路,对压电泵的特性进行了试验,介绍了试验方法,并对试验结果进行了分析。 The classification and working principle of the piezoelectric pump were introduced. According to the working principle of the piezoelectric pump, two different types of driving circuits were designed and the driving circuits were improved to reduce energy loss. Based on the driving circuit, the characteristics of the piezoelectric pump were tested. The test method was introduced and the test results were analyzed.
