摘要 熔盐泵是熔盐介质的输送泵,介质温度可高达600丈,对轴承的长周期稳定运转有较大影响。设计了熔盐泵轴承风冷系统,分析自下而上和自上而下两种冷却方向对轴承温升的影响。应用ANSYSCFX软件估算风冷系统的冷却风量,并对风扇周围及熔盐泵轴承箱体内外流场流线与温度分布进行稳态传热分析。 The molten salt pump is a transfer pump for molten salt medium,and the medium temperature can be as high as 600°C,which has a great influence on the long-term stable operation of the bearing.The air cooling system for bearings in molten salt pump was designed to analyze the influence of the cooling direction from bottom to top and from top to bottom on the bearing temperature rise.The ANSYS CFX software was used to estimate the cooling air volume of the air cooling system,and the steady-state heat transfer analysis was carried out on the flow lines and temperature distributions around the fan and in the flowfield inside and outside of the bearing housing of the molten salt pump.
