摘要
介绍了高速切削技术及轻金属材料、超级合金材料、钢材和铸铁材料等高速切削技术的适用对象,分析了高速切削技术在数控车床中应用的技术要求,给出了高速主轴单元的运行条件和参数设置,并对刀柄、刀具材料的选择进行了研究。
The high-speed cutting technology and its applied objectives such as light metal materials,super alloy materials,steel materials and cast iron materials were introduced.The technical requirements of high-speed cutting technology applied in CNC lathes were analyzed.The operating conditions and parameter setting of high-speed spindle units were given.The investigated.
