Study on Supersonic Flame Spray of CrNi/CrC Composite Coating on 12Cr13 Stainless Steel Surface

摘要 对在12Cr13不锈钢材料基体表面采用超声速火焰喷涂技术制备CrNi/CrC耐磨复合涂层的工艺进行了研究,根据涂层使用环境、功能及性能要求,进行了工艺参数对比试验,得到涂层显微硬度、孔隙率、结合强度、显微组织形貌等在12Cr13不锈钢基体表面的变化趋势及质量情况。给出了12Cr13不锈钢表面超声速火焰喷涂CrNi/CrC复合涂层的工艺过程,对喷涂结果进行了切削验证、表面检验和涂层检验,确认合理的工艺参数可以使涂层性能指标符合标准要求。 The process of preparing CrNi/CrC wear-resistant composite coating by supersonic flame spraying on the surface of 12 Cr13 stainless steel substrate was studied.According to the operating ambient,function and performance requirements of the coating,the comparison of process parameters was carried out to obtain the change trend and quality condition of the coating on the surface of 12 Cr13 stainless steel substrate in the field of micro-hardness,porosity,bonding strength and microscopic structure pattern.The process of supersonic flame spraying of CrNi/CrC composite coating on 12 Cr13 stainless steel surface was given.The cutting results,surface inspection and plating inspection were carried out on the spraying results.It confirms that reasonable process parameters allow the performance index of the plating layer meeting the standard requirements.
