摘要
针对核电控制棒驱动机构零件镀铬与磨削后着色渗透检查出现红色显示、检查合格率低的问题,分析并确认了原因与影响因素。在此基础上,对核电控制棒驱动机构零件镀铬与磨削工艺进行优化,获得了性能良好、着色渗透检查合格率高的镀层。优化后的镀铬与磨削工艺已应用于核电控制棒驱动机构生产中。
Aiming at the issue of red display and low qualification rate by coloring penetration inspection after chrome plating and grinding of the parts of nuclear power control rod drive mechanism,the causes and influencing factors were analyzed and confirmed.On this basis,the chrome plating and grinding process of the parts of nuclear power control rod drive mechanism were optimized,and the chrome plating with good performance and high pass rate in penetration inspection was obtained.The optimized chrome plating and grinding process has been applied to the production of nuclear power control rod drive mechanism.
