摘要
对西门子828D数控系统的刀具管理基本功能和高级功能进行了介绍,对射频识别在828D数控系统刀具管理中的应用进行了研究。在研究中,激活了828D数控系统刀具管理高级功能,建立了刀库,对可编程序控制器进行了调整,完成了数据的存储和读写,并给出了刀具管理实例。将射频识别应用于828D数控系统刀具管理,可以降低人工劳动强度,减少成本,提高劳动生产率。
The basic functions and advanced functions of the tool management of Siemens 828 D CNC system were introduced,and the application of RFID in the tool management of 828 D CNC system was studied.In the study,the advanced function of tool management in 828 D CNC system was activated and a tool magazine was established.The PLC was adjusted to complete the data memorizing and data reading function,and an example of tool management was given.Applying RFID in the tool management of 828 D CNC system can reduce labor intensity&costs and enhance labor productivity.
