摘要
种质资源具有丰富的特征信息,整合了外部特征、亲本组合、抗性、主产品品质等要素,是生物多样性的重要组成部分,对现代农业可持续发展意义重大。种质资源信息类型多样、数据量大、结构复杂,标准不统一,传统的信息管理手段难以高效管理日益增长的种质资源。通过对种质资源管理需求的分析,以部分主要粮食作物为研究对象,建立了分布式的种质资源管理系统,实现了数据查询、报表输出、数据可视化等功能,为科研人员提供了一个高效的信息管理与共享平台,为种质资源深度挖掘和数字化育种提供了新的技术支撑。
Germplasm resources have abundant characteristics information,which integrate the external characteristics,parent combination,resistance and main product quality and so on.It is an important part of biodiversity and has great significance for the sustainable development of modern agriculture.The information types of germplasm resources are diverse,the amount of data is large,the structure is complex,and the standards are not uniform,so the traditional information management methods are difficult to manage the growing germplasm resources efficiently.Based on the analysis of the demand of germplasm resources management,we established a distributed germplasm resources management system for some major crops,which realized the functions of data query,report output,data visualization,etc,provided an efficient information management and sharing platform for researchers,as well as the new technical support for the deep excavation and digital breeding of germplasm resources.
