摘要
黑果腺肋花楸是一种具有较高经济价值的新资源食品。对黑果腺肋花楸的主要活性成分和功效进行阐述;同时结合国内外研究现状,概述了遗传背景和品种对黑果腺肋花楸功效成分的影响;对黑果腺肋花楸的地域引种优势进行了分析,并就黑果腺肋花楸在引种和栽培等方面存在的问题提出了相应的解决方案,以期黑果腺肋花楸产业在中国得到可持续发展。
Aronia melanocarpa is a new resource food with high economic value.The main active components and efficiency of A.melanocarpa were described.Combining with the research status at home and abroad,the influences of genetic background and variety on the functional component of A.melanocarpa were summarized.The advantages of introduction of A.melanocarpa were analyzed,and the propose solutions to problems in introduction and cultivation were given,in order to make the industry sustainable development in China.
