摘要
选用生产中常用的50000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂、5%印楝素悬浮剂、15%苦参碱水剂、2%阿维菌素悬浮剂、5%甲维盐水分散粒剂5种生物药剂,以清水和辛硫磷乳油(化学药剂)为对照,筛选防治田间绿豆象的最佳生物药剂。结果表明:不同生物药剂处理的绿豆百粒虫孔率和产量存在显著差异,其中,苦参碱、苏云金杆菌和印楝素对绿豆象的防控效果优于化学药剂,除苦参碱外其他4种生物药剂处理的绿豆产量均与化学药剂处理(最高产量)差异不显著。苏云金杆菌和印楝素不仅能够有效降低绿豆被害率,且产量(1701.0~1711.5 kg/hm2)与化学药剂防治基本相当,是防控绿豆象的最佳生物药剂。
Using 5 biological agents,50000 IU/mg Bt WP,5%azadirachtin SC,15%matrine SL,2%avermectin SC,and 5%emamectin benzoate WDG,commonly used in production,the best biological agent for control of Callosobruchus chinensis(L.)in field was selected with clear water and phoxim EC(chemical agent)as control.The results showed that there were significant differences in the bored hole rate of 100 grains and yield of mung bean treated with different biological agents.Among them,the control effect of matrine,Bt and azadirachtin on mung bean was better than that of chemical agent,and the yield of mung bean treated with 4 other biological agents except matrine was not significantly different from that of chemical agent treatment(maximum yield).Bt and azadirachtin could reduce the damage rate of mung bean,meanwhile the yield(1701.1-1711.5 kg/hm2)of mung bean was as much as those with chemical control,so they are the optimum biocontrol agents for control of C.chinensis.
