摘要
以河北省阜平县特色扶贫食用菌产业、中药材产业发展为例,在系统梳理了阜平县整体扶贫产业发展目标及分村布局的基础上,分析了食用菌和中药材产业发展的基础条件、发展布局、发展重点、项目发展方向等问题,构建了扶贫项目与贫困户之间的利益联结机制,以期对其他深度贫困区域发展特色产业提供借鉴与依据。
Taking the featured poverty alleviation industry development of edible fungi and Chinese herbal medicine in Fuping County,Hebei Province as an example,based on the system carding of the overall poverty alleviation industry development goals and village layout,the basic condition,development layout,development focus and development direction of edible fungi and Chinese herbal medicine industry were analyzed,and the interest linking mechanism between poverty alleviation project and poor households was constructed,in order to provide reference and basis for developing featured industries in other deeply poverty areas.
