摘要
2018年云南多地遭受不同程度的风雹、洪涝、滑坡泥石流和地震灾害,先后发生了通海2次5.0级地震、麻栗坡“9·02”洪涝灾害、墨江5.9级地震、金沙江干流白格堰塞湖灾害等。全年呈现出中强度地震活动水平明显增强、洪涝和地质灾害频发至部分地区人员伤亡较重、金沙江干流堰塞湖灾害损失严重、低温冷冻和雪灾灾害损失突出等特点。综合描述了2018年云南主要自然灾害灾情,分灾种对发生特点及原因进行了初步分析,并给出了未来综合减灾对策及建议。
In 2018,Yunnan was hit by disasters of wind,floods,landslides and earthquake in various degrees,including twice M L 5.0 earthquakes in Tonghai,“9·02”flood disaster in Malipo,the Mojiang M L 5.9 earthquake,the Baige barrier lake disaster on the main stream of Jinshajiang River.The disasters are characterized by the obvious enhancement of seismic activity,heavy casualties in some areas due to frequent floods and geological disasters,serious losses in barrier lakes on the main stream of Jinshajiang River,and the striking losses caused by low-temperature freezing and snow disasters.Based on the description of the major natural disasters in Yunnan in 2018,we analyzed the characteristics and causes of different kinds of disasters,and proposed the measures and suggestions for disaster reduction in the future.
