摘要 近年来,国家致力于节能减排和环境清洁生产工作,工业硅炉浇铸过程中产生的无组织烟尘治理已成为当务之急。文章分析了工业硅炉浇铸时所产生的烟尘、烟尘的特性和烟尘的运动轨迹,模仿家用厨房抽油烟机收烟的原理,设计制作了针对工业硅炉浇铸产生无组织烟尘的一种收烟装置。该装置经济简单实用、收烟效果良好,排放达标,得到了客户的一致好评。 In recent years,the state is committed to energy saving,environmental protection and environmental clean production.The treatment of unorganized soot generated during the casting process of industrial silicon furnaces has become a top priority.The article analyzes the soot generated during the casting of industrial silicon furnace and the characteristics of soot and the trajectory of soot.It imitates the principle of collecting smoke from the kitchen hood of the kitchen,designing and manufacturing a smoke collecting device for the production of unorganized soot in the industrial silicon furnace casting.The device is economical,practical,and has a good smoking effect.The device receives the praise of customers.Simple and practical,the emission is up to standard.
