摘要
中药注射剂的安全性问题备受关注,很大程度上限制了中药注射剂的临床应用和发展。虽然中药注射液发生过一些严重不良反应,但是中药注射剂具有自身优势,打破了中药只适合治“慢”病的传统观念,且在临床上得到了广泛的应用。通过查阅相关文献资料,了解中药注射剂的发展史、特点、临床应用及其不良反应特点与成因等相关信息。效益风险比评估为中药注射剂的研究与开发提供了一条新思路,可针对一些效益风险比较高的中药注射液品种进行开发与研究。
The safety issue of TCM injections has received much attention,which greatly limits the clinical application and development of TCM injections.Although there have been some serious adverse reactions in TCM injections,TCM injections have their own advantages.For example,it has broken the traditional concept that TCM is only suitable for treating“slow”disease,and it has been widely used in clinical practice.Understanding the history,characteristics,clinical application status and characteristics and causes of adverse reactions of TCM injections by consulting correlative literature.The evaluation of benefit risk ratio provides a new idea for the research and development of TCM injections in the future,and develop and research on some varieties of TCM injections with high benefit risk.
