摘要
目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠对小儿哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院儿科2016年1月-2019年1月收治的哮喘患儿100例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠口服治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状及体征改善情况、哮喘急性发作情况、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床总有效率为96%,高于对照组的82%(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽缓解时间、喘息缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。停药后3个月内观察组哮喘急性发作次数、急诊次数均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4%,对照组不良反应发生率为2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠可提高小儿哮喘的临床疗效,安全性良好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium on asthma in children.Method:A total of 100 cases of children with asthma who admitted in the pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment,while the observation group was given Montelukast Sodium orally on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of symptoms and signs,acute attack of asthma and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96%,which was higher than 82%in the control group(P<0.05).The cough relief time,wheezing relief time and wheezing disappearance time of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The number of acute asthma attacks and emergencies treatment of the observation group within three months after drug withdrawal were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4%,and 2%in the control group,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast Sodium can improve the clinical efficacy of asthma in children,it has good safety.
