摘要
目的:研究加速康复外科护理在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年2月在笔者所在医院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗的老年患者72例。按照患者就诊先后顺序将其分为对照组与试验组,各36例。对照组采取传统围手术期护理方法,试验组则在围手术期实施加速康复外科护理方法,对比两组护理后手术相关指标。结果:试验组术后持续心电监护时间、术后排气时间、术后首次下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,住院费用及术后阿片类药物使用率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的30.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期老年患者实施加速康复外科护理,其能有效缩短患者手术时间、下床活动时间及术后排气时间,促进患者康复,且术后并发症较少,具有参考价值。
Objective:To study the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the elderly.Method:From February 2017 to February 2019,72 elderly patients treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected.They were divided into the control group the experimental group,with 36 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional perioperative nursing method,while patients in the experimental group were treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing method during perioperative period.The post-nursing procedure-related indexes of two groups were compared.Result:The duration of continuous ECG monitoring and the time of postoperative exhaust after operation and the time of first bed activity and the time of hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 8.33%,which was lower than 30.56%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic Cholecystectomy can effectively shorten the operation time,get out of bed and exhaust time,promote the recovery of patients,and has fewer postoperative complications,which has reference value.
