摘要
目的:分析循证护理模式对鼾症手术患者术后预防并发症的效果。方法:选择2018年1-12月于笔者所在医院行鼾症手术治疗的患者102例,按照随机数字表法分为参照组、试验组,分别予以常规护理、循证护理,对比两组并发症发生率、住院时间、护理满意度。结果:试验组并发症总发生率(5.88%)低于参照组(25.49%),住院时间短于参照组,护理满意度(92.16%)高于参照组(70.59%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理模式能够降低鼾症术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提升护理满意度,具有推广应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing model on preventing complications after snoring surgery.Method:A total of 102 patients who underwent snoring surgery in our hospital from January to December 2018 were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method.They were given routine nursing and evidence-based nursing respectively.The incidence of complications,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared.Result:The total incidence of complications(5.88%)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(25.49%),hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction(92.16%)was higher than that in the control group(70.59%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing model can reduce the incidence of complications after snoring surgery,shorten hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction.It has the value of promotion and application.
