摘要
目的:探讨人工全膝关节置换术对膝关节骨关节炎患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的膝关节骨关节炎患者100例,随机分为研究组(50例,人工全膝关节置换术)及对照组(50例,常规药物治疗)。统计分析两组膝关节屈曲活动度(ROM)、疼痛目测类比(VAS)评分、HSS评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前两组ROM、VAS评分、HSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组ROM、HSS评分均高于治疗前,VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组膝关节功能恢复优良率为76.0%,高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者效果显著,更能有效提升患者膝关节活动度,改善患者膝功能,降低患者疼痛程度,且不良反应少,可在临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of total knee arthroplasty on patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint.Method:A total of 100 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into the study group(50 cases,total knee arthroplasty)and the control group(50 cases,routine drug treatment).The ROM,VAS,HSS scores,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:There was no significant difference in ROM,VAS score and HSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the ROM,HSS score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the VAS score was lower than that before treatment,and the scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee function in the study group was 76.0%,which was higher than 60.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.0%,which was less than 20.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total knee arthroplasty is effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint,which can effectively improve the range of knee motion,improve the knee function,reduce the degree of pain,and has less adverse reactions.It can be popularized in clinic.
